摘　　要：针对大型矿用自卸卡车机械式接触器带电分断时,引起电压和电流的大幅度抖动及拉弧、烧毁触点的故障,设计了大型矿用自卸卡车无触点式接触器。从无触点式接触器的整体组成、控制单元设计、散热单元设计、IGBT单元设计等方面展开讨论,在SimuWorks仿真平台上,利用C语言编写应用程序,借助IGBT的工作特性,完成无触点式接触器设计。The contactless contactor of large mining dump truck is designed in view of the large-scale jitter of voltage and current and the faults of arcing and burning contacts when the mechanical contactor of large mining dump truck is disconnected.This paper discusses the overall composition of contactless contactor,control unit design,heat dissipation unit design,IGBT unit design etc.On the SimuWorks simulation platform,the application program is written in C language,and the contactless contactor design is completed with the help of the working characteristics of IGBT.
