摘　　要：针对大牛地下古岩溶缝洞储层钻井过程易发生井漏、溢流及钻井液污染等问题,为保障钻井安全,开展了简易控压钻井技术、无土相硅酸盐储保钻井液体系和强酸溶防漏堵漏技术的研究和应用。5口水平井的成功应用表明:简易控压钻井可实现窄密度窗口地层压力井底ECD调节与控制,提高窄密度窗口地层钻井安全,若发生溢流,亦可通过节流放喷点火和利用旋转控制头继续钻井作业;无土相硅酸盐储保钻井液对下古盐膏层具有较好的抗盐抗钙性能,同时具有高酸溶率和储层渗透率恢复值高的特点;强酸溶防漏堵漏剂在保障堵漏效果的基础上,酸溶率达到91%以上。3项技术的集成应用,为大牛地下古岩溶缝洞储层安全钻井提供了技术支撑。The drilling process of Daniu lower paleozoic karst fractured-vuggy reservoir is prone to well leakage, overflow and drilling fluid pollution. In order to ensure drilling safety, the simple pressure-control drilling technology, soil-free silicate storage and protection drilling fluid system and strong acid solution leakage-prevention and leakage-plugging technology were studied and applied. The successful application of the techniques in 5 horizontal wells shows that simple pressure-control drilling technique can realize the bottom hole ECD regulation and control of formation pressure in narrow density window, and improve the drilling safety in narrow density window. In case of overflow, drilling operation can also continue through throttling, blowout ignition and using rotary control head. The free-soil silicate storage and protection drilling fluid has good salt and calcium resistance to the lower paleozoic salt gypsum layer, and has the characteristics of high acid solubility and high reservoir permeability recovery value. On the basis of ensuring the leakage plugging effect, the acid solubility of the strong acid solution leakage-prevention and leakage-plugging agent is more than 91%. The integrated application of the three technologies provides technical support for the safe drilling of Daniu lower paleozoic karst fractured-vuggy reservoir.
