摘 要:可重复利用的钻井液技术是解决海上油田钻井作业与海洋环境保护之间矛盾的有效措施。为论证可重复利用钻井液在海洋钻井的可行性,通过钻井液的抑制性、黏土颗粒在钻井液体系的分布规律等技术参数,对比评价了可重复利用水基钻井液与渤海湾油田常用钻井液体系性能差异。室内实验和现场应用结果均表明,可重复利用钻井液较目前海上常用聚合醇钻井液和有机正电胶钻井液具有更强的抑制性,抗污染能力强、固相容量限高、黏土颗粒粒径分布稳定。在高效固控设备配合下,可重复利用钻井液性能稳定,具备重复利用的条件,在渤海湾油田应用前景广阔。Reusable drilling fluid technology is an effective measure to solve the contradiction between drilling operation and marine environmental protection in offshore oilfields. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of reusable drilling fluid in offshore drilling, the performance differences between reusable water-based drilling fluid and the common drilling fluid systems used in Bohai Bay were evaluated through the comparison of their technical parameters such as the inhibition of drilling fluid and the distribution law of clay particles in drilling fluid system. The results of laboratory experiment and field application show that the reusable drilling fluid has stronger inhibition and anti-pollution ability, higher solid-phase compatibility limit and more stable clay particle size distribution than the currently commonly used polyol drilling fluid and organic positive gel drilling fluid. With the cooperation of high-efficiency solid-phase control equipment, the reusable drilling fluid has stable performance and conditions for reuse, and has a broad application prospect in Bohai Bay oilfield.
