摘 要:采用了3种同厚度、不同成分及工艺的铝硅镀层热成形钢制造热冲压成形零部件,并进行零件的落锤冲击测试评价,采用碰撞断裂指数C_(Index)分析3种材料制备的零件抗开裂能力,并分析了C_(Index)与材料本身相关力学性能的关系,发现,随着热成形钢的极限尖冷弯角度增大,C_(Index)值显著提高,而C_(Index)值与热成形钢的强度和延伸率没有显著的关联。分析了热成形钢的极限尖冷弯失效的机理,铌微合金化提升了热成形钢极限尖冷弯角度,进而提升了热冲压成形零件的抗碰撞开裂能力。In this research,3 kinds of AlSi-coated press-hardening steels with different thickness,different chemical compositions and processes were used to manufacture hot stamping parts,and drop hammer impact test evaluation of the parts was performed.The anti-cracking ability of the parts was analyzed by using Crash cracking Index(C_(Index)),and the relationship between C_(Index)and the material mechanical properties was analyzed.It is found that the C_(Index)increases significantly with the increase of the cold bending angle of press hardening steel,but there is no significant correlation between C_(Index)and the strength or elongation of press hardening steel.The fracture mechanism of bending failure of press hardening steel was analyzed.Niobium microalloying improved the PHS’bending angle,so that the anti-cracking ability of the parts was improved.
