摘 要:采用电化学充氢、慢拉伸试验、热脱附氢检测装置(Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy,TDS)分析以及扫描电镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)方法对汽车用1000 MPa级别双相钢(DP980)的氢致延迟开裂行为进行研究。结果发现,DP980组织结构为铁素体、马氏体双相组织,同时在基体中含有大量NbTi析出相。随着充氢电流密度从0 mA/cm^(2)增加到16 mA/cm^(2),试样内部氢含量从0.68×10^(-6)mg/kg提高至2.10×10^(-6)mg/kg,氢致延迟断裂敏感系数由3.1%增加至5.4%。采用扫描对断口进行分析,断口状态呈现韧窝状,不具有显著的氢脆敏感性。可以看出,DP980随氢含量增加氢脆敏感性增加。The hydrogen induced delayed cracking behavior of 1000 MPa grade dual phase steel(DP980)for automotive has been studied by electrochemical hydrogen charging,slow tensile test,Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy(TDS)analysis and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).The results show that the microstructure of DP980 consists of ferrite,martensite and a lot of NbTi precipitates homogeneously.When the hydrogen charging current density increases from 0 to 16 mA/cm^(2),the hydrogen content in the simples increases from 0.68×10^(-6)to 2.10×10^(-6)mg/kg,and the hydrogen induced delayed fracture sensitivity coefficient increases from 3.1%to 5.4%.When the fracture is analyzed by scanning,the fracture morphologies are all dimple-like fractures,with no apparent hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity.It can be concluded that the hydrogen induced cracking sensitivity of DP980 increases with the hydrogen content.
