摘 要:随着电动汽车的快速普及,不断增加的充电需求与容量有限的配电资源矛盾日趋凸显。为此,本文提出了一种基于改进队列调度算法的配电台区分时共享充电策略,能根据峰谷时段、充电用户需求和配电变压器负荷变化有序控制充电桩的接入,并按分时电价结算费用。该分时共享充电策略在北京某社区停车场进行了实际工程验证,运行记录显示台区低谷时段和平常时段的电力资源得到有效利用,三相负荷趋向均衡,在配电台区不扩容的情况下,提高了数倍充电桩接纳能力,同时减少了电动汽车用户充电费用,实现了企业与用户互利双赢。With the rapid popularization of electric vehicles,the contradiction between increasing demand for charging and power distribution resources with limited capacity has become increasingly prominent.The paper proposes a time⁃sharing charging strategy for distribution areas based on improved queue scheduling algorithm.This strategy could balance the use of power resources during different time⁃of⁃use zones.It orderly controls the opening and closing of the charging pile according to the peak and off⁃peak period,the demand of charging users and the load change of the distribution transformer.And it settles the charging fee based on the time⁃of⁃use price.This strategy has been verified by actual engineering in a community in Beijing,and the operation record shows that the power resources in the off⁃peak period and shoulder period of the distribution station area are effectively used,and the three⁃phase load tends to be balanced.Without expanding the capacity of the distribution transformer,the number of charging piles allowed to be installed in the area can be increased some times.And the user’s charging cost can be saved.This strategy has achieved mutual benefit and win⁃win results for both enterprises and users.
