摘 要:气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)由于具有占地面积小、可靠性高等优势,在电力系统中被广泛使用。GIS设备因采用全金属封闭结构,其内部机械结构较为复杂和庞大,一旦发生机械故障,影响范围大且难以准确定位及快速抢修。根据运行数据统计,机械原因导致的GIS故障比例约占39.3%,此外一些放电性故障也是由于机械缺陷引发的。目前对于GIS机械缺陷多是在设备运行状态下对外壳振动信号进行检测,仅能体现工频下的振动特性,无法反映出GIS固有振动特性变化类的机械缺陷。本文设计并研制了一套适用于GIS的振动频率响应测试系统,可以激励GIS在更多频率点上产生振动。基于所建立的测试系统,对不同频率下的GIS正常及隔离开关接触不良时外壳的振动响应进行了测试,并利用小波时频变换分析了GIS振动频率响应特性。研究发现,GIS振动频率响应与内部机械状态密切有关,不随外施激励频率的变化而变化。利用上述特性,本文提出了基于振动频率响应特性的GIS机械缺陷诊断方法。Gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear(GIS)is widely used in power system because of its advantages of small footprint and high reliability.Due to the use of all metal enclosed structure,the internal mechanical structure of GIS equipment is complex and huge.Once mechanical failure occurs,the impact range is large and it is difficult to accurately locate it and repair quickly.According to the operation data statistics,the proportion of GIS faults caused by mechanical fault is about 39.3%.In addition,some discharge faults are also caused by mechanical defects.At present,most of the mechanical defects of GIS are detected by the enclosure vibration signal under the operation condition of the equipment,which can not reflect the mechanical defects of the change of GIS inherent vibration characteristics,but only reflect the vibration characteristics under the power frequency.In this paper,a kind of vibration frequency response test system for GIS is designed and developed,which can excite GIS to produce vibration at more frequency points.Based on the built test system,the vibration response of enclosure of GIS at normal condition and and weak contact of disconnector at various frequencies is tested,and the vibration frequency response characteristics of GIS are analyzed by using wavelet time-frequency transform.It is found by the research that the vibration frequency response of GIS is closely related to the internal mechanical state and does not change with the change of external excitation frequency.Based on the above characteristics,a GIS mechanical defect diagnosis method based on vibration frequency response characteristics is proposed in this paper.
