摘 要:研究了一种基于激光位移传感器的非接触式测量方法。以渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮齿廓测量为研究对象,解决了接触式测量方法检测时间长及通用性低等缺点。在测量大量齿轮的同时,可避免测头部分磨损,且不易损坏齿轮表面。实验装置采用控制变量法,通过改变入射角和入射深度得到一系列误差图像。作为齿轮齿廓误差中主要检测项目的齿廓和节距,通过误差修正、偏差检测和更深入的分析完成。通过激光位移传感器的误差校对实验,建立了误差修正模型,并将其应用于渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的测量中。经对比表明,修正后的激光检测精度较修正前有较大提高。In this paper, a non-contact measurement method based on laser displacement sensor is studied.By using the tooth profile measurement of involute spur gear as the research object, the shortcomings of contact measuring method, such as long detection time and low universality are solved.The wear of its measuring head can be avoided while measuring a large number of gears, and also the gear surface wear can be avoided.The control variable method is used in the whole experimental apparatus.A series of error images are obtained by changing incidence angle and incidence depth.The tooth profile and pitch of the main detection items in the gear tooth profile error are completed by error correction, deviation detection and a more in-depth analysis.Through the laser displacement sensor error proofing experiment, the error correction model is established and applied to the measurement of involute spur gear.The comparison shows that the corrected laser detection accuracy is greatly improved before the correction.
