摘  要:厚壁长套锻件由于内孔小、法兰直径大(孔径比小),且常规锻造时不涉及扩孔工序,在实际生产中极易产生端面凹心和偏心现象,导致锻件尺寸不满足工艺要求。通过综合分析厚壁长套类锻件“凹心和偏心”现象产生的原因,并结合实际生产中厚壁长套锻件拔长的控制情况,重点提出“镦拔下料+球面制坯+阶段变形量控制”综合控制法和偏心控制及矫正方法;并结合工艺性分析,建立有限元分析模型,重点模拟分析了不同孔径比对凹心的影响规律和阶梯-对称压下纠偏控制方法的可行性。最终,确定最佳工艺参数控制方法,并经过批量生产试制,验证了工艺参数及成形工艺的合理性。Due to small inner hole and large flange diameter(small aperture ratio)of the thick-walled and long sleeve forgings and no reaming process involved in conventional forging,it was easy to produce end face concave and eccentric phenomenon in practical production,resulting in not meeting the process requirements of forgings size.Therefore,through the comprehensive analysis on the causes of“concave and eccentric”phenomenon for thick-walled and long sleeve forgings and combined with the drawing control condition of medium-thick-walled and long sleeve forgings in the practical production,the comprehensive control method with“upsetting drawing blanking+spherical billet making+stage deformation control”and the method of eccentricity control and correction were mainly proposed,and the finite element analysis model was established by combining with manufacturability analysis.Furthermore,the influence laws of different aperture ratios on the concavity and the feasibility of step-symmetric depression correction control method were simulated and analyzed emphatically,and the control method for optimal process parameters was determined.Finally,the rationality of process parameters and forming process was verified by batch production trial.
