摘 要:主要对汽车制动器壳体的连续成形工艺进行分析,诣在制定出对标其国际先进生产技术的先进工艺,并依据生产工艺对其生产模具进行加工制造。前期主要通过选择合理的冲压工艺参数、应用数值模拟对实际生产结果进行一定程度的预测和指导,在模拟环境下设计出了最适合此类壳体的过渡拉深形状。以制订出合适的工艺道次。再根据工艺顺序设计出生产所使用的多工位级进模,包括模座、导向装置、卸料装置和定距装置等。然后绘制壳体的级进模装配图及零件图,对模具进行加工装配。最后,通过实际生产实验生产出在强度以及结构尺寸等各方面均合规的壳体产品,完成了与国内传统工艺以及国外先进工艺的优势对标。为此类壳体的后续生产带来了指导性的参考。The continuous forming process of automobile brake housing was mainly analyzed to formulate an advanced process that benchmarked its international advanced production technology,and according to the production process,the production die was processed and manufactured.In the early stage,the actual production results were predicted and guided to a certain extent by selecting reasonable stamping process parameters and applying numerical simulation,and the most suitable transitional drawing shape for this type of housing was designed in the simulation environment so as to formulate the appropriate process passes.Then,according to the process sequence,the multi-station progressive die used in the production was designed,including die base,guiding device,unloading device and ranging device and so on,the progressive die assembly drawing and part drawing of the housing were drawn,and the die was processed and assembled.Finally,through the actual production experiment,the housing products that were in accordance with the strength,structure size and other aspects were produced,and the benchmarking was completed with the advantages of domestic traditional technology and foreign advanced technology in the conclusion,which brought a guiding reference for the subsequent production of such housings.
