摘　　要：自中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系总体框架确立以来,两国不断推进全方位、多层次、宽领域的发展与合作格局,涉及彼此间众多优势行业,特别是在高等教育领域内的合作成效尤为明显。在新时代,得益于两国政府高层的不懈努力,所构建的平台和所创立的机制已为巩固高等教育合作规划出井然有序的道路,并指明具体方向和目标。俄乌冲突的爆发,以及西方国家随后所实施的制裁令俄罗斯在诸多方面必须面对前所未有的困难,但这一局势变化或使得现阶段中、俄两国在高等教育及其他相关领域的合作关系变得更为紧密。与此同时,中、俄两国面对这一特殊局势所带来的挑战,应努力实现合作层次深化,扎实积累合作办学经验,严把合作项目质量关,并注重教学成果转化效率。Since the general framework of China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era was established,these two great powers constantly promote an all-dimensional,multi-layered,and wide-ranging pattern of development and cooperation,which point to both own and each other’s several advanced industries,and the collaborations in the field of cooperation in higher education are notable.In the phase of New Era,benefitted from efforts and support by leadership of both sides,the constructed platform and the created mechanisms have designed a feasible plan for the consolidation of higher education cooperation,and meanwhile have pointed out specific directions and assignments.Russia-Ukraine conflict and the following sanctions against Russia implemented by the West present Russia numerous unprecedented dilemmas and challenges in several fields,but this change of situation may largely improve cooperation in higher education and other related areas between China and Russia at the current stage.In the meantime,faced with the challenges in the special situation,both sides should improve cooperative level in higher education to absorb experience for cooperation in running schools,to guarantee the quality of joint projects,and to pay attention to the transformation efficiency of teaching achievements.
