摘　　要：如何跳出历史周期率?这是中国共产党人始终高度重视并致力解决的建设长期执政的马克思主义政党的历史性课题。中国共产党人百年来对此进行了长期探索,尤其是习近平总书记关于跳出历史周期率的重要论述,给我们揭示了一条极其重要的马克思主义执政党建设的规律。解决这个重大课题的根本途径在于要坚持全面从严治党,要加强制度建设尤其是监督制度建设。中国共产党人对跳出历史周期率的百年探索及其成功经验,是对马克思主义建党学说特别是对加强权力制约和监督等思想作出的原创性贡献。How to leap out of the periodical rate of history is a historic issue that the Chinese Communists have always attached great importance to and committed to solving in building Marxist political party in power for a long time.In the past hundred years,Chinese Communists have made long-term explorations on this issue.Especially the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition of leaping out of the periodical rate of history has revealed a very important rule of the construction of Marx’s ruling party.The fundamental way to solve this major topic is to insist on full and strict governance over the Party,and to strengthen the system construction,especially the supervision system.The centennial exploration and successful experience of the Chinese Communists to leap out of the periodical rate of history is an original contribution to the Marxist theory of Party building,especially to the thought of strengthening power restriction and supervision.
