摘　　要：中国经济已由高速增长迈入高质量发展的新时代,科技创新对经济发展的作用越来越大。技术转移网络作为科技成果转化的重要平台,其协作水平的提升能够对整个创新过程产生明显的影响。所以,要制定有效的科技金融政策,使之充分发挥对技术转移网络的调节作用。在理论上,要利用质性研究、计量经济学等方法,探讨科技金融政策对技术转移网络协作关系的作用机制和滞后影响,以期对未来科技金融政策的制定提供合理化建议。China’s economy has entered a new era of high-quality development from highspeed growth,and the role of scientific and technological innovation in economic development is prominent. Technology transfer network is an important platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the improvement of its cooperation level has a positive impact on the whole innovation process. Based on the analysis of the regulatory effect of science and technology financial policy on technology transfer network,this paper uses qualitative research and econometrics to explore the mechanism and lagging impact of science and technology financial policy on technology transfer network cooperation,and make recommendations for the use of policy in the future.
