心理干预在CT增强扫描中减少对比剂不良反应发生的作用及心理状态与护理满意度的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析心理干预在CT增强扫描中减少对比剂不良反应发生的作用及心理状态与护理满意度的效果评价。方法选择我院于2020年11月至2021年11月接收的200例CT增强扫描患者作为本研究对象,将200例患者分为试验组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)。对照组患者在接受CT增强扫描时,对其实施常规护理,试验组患者在接受CT增强扫描时,对其施以心理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度、依从性、护理前后心理状态、心率及过敏反应改善时间、过敏反应发生率。结果试验组患者护理满意度为96.00%,明显比对照组患者的70.00%高(χ^(2)=11.9773,P<0.05)。试验组患者接受CT增强扫描检查的依从性为94.00%,明显比对照组患者的77.00%高(χ^(2)=11.6556,P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的SDS和SAS评分比较无差异(P>0.05);干预后,试验组患者的SDS和SAS评分明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。试验组患者心率水平、过敏反应改善时间均明显比对照组更优(P<0.05)。试验组患者过敏反应事件发生率为6.00%(6/100),明显低于对照组[25.00%(25/100)](χ^(2)=13.7813,P<0.05)。结论患者在接受CT增强扫描检查的同时对其实施心理护理,能够有效改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的依从性,有效减少患者过敏反应的发生,使患者对护理工作有较高的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological intervention in reducing adverse reactions of contrast agents in CT enhanced scanning and to evaluate the effect of psychological state and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 200 patients with enhanced CT scanning received in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research object of this subject.The 200 patients were divided into experimental group with 100 cases and control group with 100 cases.Patients in the control group received routine nursing when receiving CT enhanced scanning,and patients in the experimental group received psychological intervention when receiving CT enhanced scanning.The nursing satisfaction,compliance,psychological state score before and after nursing,heart rate level,improvement time of allergic reaction and incidence of allergic reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%of patients in the control group(χ^(2)=11.9773,P<0.05).The compliance rate of patients in the experimental group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=11.6556,P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate level and the improvement time of allergic reaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of allergic reaction events in 6 patients in the experimental group was 6.00%,in the control group 25 patients had allergic reaction events,the incidence was 25.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.7813,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients while receiving CT enhanced scanning can effectively improve their psychological state,improve their compliance,
