米非司酮联合地屈孕酮片序贯治疗子宫腺肌症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的关于米非司酮联合地屈孕酮片序贯治疗子宫腺肌症患者的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月来我院进行治疗的92例子宫腺肌症患者,按随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,分别对两组患者采用米非司酮联合地屈孕酮片序贯治疗和常规治疗方案治疗,比较不同治疗方法的效果。结果观察组(44例,占95.65%)治疗有效率明显比对照组(38例,占82.61%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组(4例,占8.70%)不良反应发生率相比对照组(6例,占13.04%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的HAMA、HAMD和NRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的HAMA、HAMD和NRS评分均得到改善,但观察组的改善效果更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SF-36评分均有所改善,且观察组患者的改善效果更为突出,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组(45例,占97.83%)患者的满意度比对照组(37例,占80.43%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对子宫腺肌症患者通过米非司酮联合地屈孕酮片进行序贯治疗可有效提高治疗有效率,不会产生严重的用药不良反应,可以改善患者的负面情绪并减轻其疼痛程度,提高患者的整体生活质量,提升整体满意度。Objective The clinical effect of mifepristone combined with dydrogesterone tablets in the sequential treatment of adenomyosis.Methods A total of 92 patients with adenomyosis who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random method,with an average of 46 cases in each group.Sequential treatment of mifepristone combined with dydrogesterone tablets and conventional treatment regimens were compared,to compare the effects of different treatments.Results The effective rate of the observation group(23 cases,accounting for 92.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(17 cases,accounting for 68.00%),the data differences and statistical standards were consistent(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(1 case,accounting for 4.00%)was compared the control group(9 cases,accounting for 36.00%)was no significant difference(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMA,HAMD and NRS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the HAMA,HAMD and NRS scores of the two groups were improved,but the improvement in the observation group was more significant,and the data differences were consistent with the statistical standards(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the SF-36 quality of life scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 quality of life scale scores of the two groups were improved,but the observation group patients had improvement was more prominent,and the data difference was consistent with the statistical standard(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group(45 cases,accounting for 97.83%)was higher than that in the control group(37 cases,accounting for 80.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sequential treatment of mifepristone combined with dydrogesterone tablets in clinical patients with adenomyosis can effec
