天然高碱性水对代谢综合征大鼠的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨天然高碱性水对代谢综合征大鼠的干预影响。方法SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组,高脂饲料喂养同时给予天然高碱性矿泉水(10只,天然高碱性水组)、纯净水(10只,纯净水组)、自来水(10只,自来水组),连续喂养3个月,实验期间不限制进食及饮水。结果天然高碱性水组肝脂肪变性程度较轻,肝脏未见明显脂肪变性,或呈轻度脂肪变性。自来水组和纯净水组,肝脏脂肪变性明显,多呈中、重度脂肪变性。与纯净水组相比,天然高碱性水组血糖、ALT、LDL明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),天然高碱性水组胆固醇下降、肝细胞脂肪变性程度轻,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天然高碱性水干预能明显减轻大鼠肝脏脂肪变性及血糖变化。Objective To investigate the effect of natural high alkaline water on rats with metabolic syndrome.Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,high-fat feed was fed with natural high-alkaline mineral water(10 animals,natural high-alkaline water group),purified water(10 animals,purified water group),and tap water(10 animals,tap water group),They were fed continuously for 3 months,and food and water were not restricted during the experiment.Results The degree of liver steatosis in the natural high alkaline water group was mild,and no obvious steatosis was seen in the liver,or mild steatosis was shown.In the tap water group and the pure water group,the liver steatosis is obvious,and most of them are moderate and severe steatosis.Compared with the pure water group,the natural high alkaline water group had significant decreases in blood glucose,ALT,and LDL,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the natural high alkaline water group,the cholesterol decreased and the degree of hepatocyte steatosis was mild,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Natural high alkaline water intervention can significantly reduce the liver steatosis and blood glucose changes in rats.
