摘  要:目的针对尿路感染患者实施尿常规检查,进一步分析不同检查策略下的诊断结果,总结尿沉渣法、单纯尿干化学法以及联合检查方案的优势和劣势,为尿路感染的治疗提供更全面的依据。方法选取2019年6月至2020年5月收治的尿路感染患者作为研究对象。对108例患者的病情变化做好记录。对所有患者实施尿液标本检查,包括尿沉渣法(尿沉渣分析仪)、单纯尿干化学法(采用iChemVELOCITY全自动尿液分析仪)以及联合检查方案,并实施定量尿培养检测,分析不同诊断方法的准确性。结果从检查结果上看,患者的白细胞个数为(26.55±2.35)g/μL。针对尿路感染患者使用联合检查的准确率为90.74%(98/108),使用尿沉渣法为71.30%(77/108),单纯尿干化学法为75.93%(82/108),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿沉渣法、单纯尿干化学法联合应用可以避免2种方法单一检测的缺点,提高检测尿路感染的准确性。Objective For patients with urinary tract infection,further analyze the diagnostic results under different examination strategies,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of urine sediment method,simple urine dry chemical method and joint examination protocol,and provide a more comprehensive basis for the treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods Patients with urinary tract infections admitted from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as research subjects.The changes in the condition of 108 patients were recorded.Urine specimen examination is performed on all patients,which can be divided into urine sediment method(urine sediment analyzer),simple urine dry chemical method(using iChemVELOCITY automatic urinary analyzer),and joint examination protocol,and quantitative urine culture detection is carried out to analyze the accuracy of diagnosis.Results From the examination results,the number of white blood cells in the patient was statistically(26.55±2.35)g/μL.The accuracy of the combination test for patients with urinary tract infection was 90.74%(98/108),the use of urinary sediment method was 71.30%(77/108),and the use of urine dry chemical method alone was 75.93%(82/108),and the difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of urine sediment method and simple urine dry chemical method can avoid the shortcomings of single detection of the two methods,and improve the accuracy of detection of urinary tract infection.
