产后群组微信随访及互联网+模式在妊高征早产儿延续护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究产后群组微信随访及互联网+模式在妊高征早产儿延续性护理中的应用效果。方法研究对象选取我院于2020年1月至2021年12月收治的85例妊高征早产儿产妇,按随机数表法分为对照组(42例)与试验组(43例),对照组行常规延续性护理,试验组行群组微信群访及互联网+模式,对比两组满意度、早产儿生长发育情况、再入院率、复诊率及母亲育儿认知水平。结果试验组总满意度93.02%高于对照组的64.29%(P<0.05);试验组早产儿出院后6个月头围、身长及体质量均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组出院后6个月母亲对日常照护、社会服务、康复效果及疾病防护认知评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组复诊率90.70%高于对照组的57.14%(P<0.05);试验组再入院率18.60%低于对照组的40.48%(P<0.05)。结论妊高征早产儿延续性护理中应用产后群组微信随访及互联网+模式,可促进满意度的提高,改善早产儿生长发育情况,提高母亲育儿能力,并降低再入院率。Objective To study the application effect of postpartum group WeChat follow-up and internet+mode in the continuous nursing of premature infants with PIH.Methods The research subjects selected 85 cases of premature infants with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021,and were divided into the control group(42 cases)and the experimental group(43 cases)according to the random number table method,the control group routine continuous nursing was performed,and the experimental group underwent group WeChat group visits and internet+mode to compare the two groups'satisfaction,growth and development of premature infants,readmission rate,follow-up rate,and mothers'cognitive level of parenting.Results The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.02% higher than 64.29% of the control group(P<0.05).The head circumference,length and weight of the premature infants in the experimental group were better than those in the control group 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).The 6-month mother's scores on daily care,social service,rehabilitation effect and disease prevention cognition were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had 90.70% return visit rate higher than 57.14% of the control group(P<0.05).The readmission rate of the experimental group was 18.60% lower than 40.48% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postpartum group WeChat follow-up and Internet+mode in the continuous nursing of premature infants with PIH can promote the improvement of satisfaction,improve the growth and development of premature infants,improve the mother's parenting ability,and reduce the readmission rate.
