非营养性吸吮联合口腔按摩护理对极低出生体重早产儿喂养效果及生长发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨非营养性吸吮联合口腔按摩护理在极低出生体重早产儿中的应用效果。方法按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则将2019年10月—2021年10月医院收治的极低出生体重早产儿92例分为对照组和观察组,各46例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取非营养性吸吮+口腔按摩护理。比较两组早产儿喂养效果、生长发育情况、喂养不耐受发生率和家长满意度。结果干预前,两组早产儿生长发育情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后体质量高于对照组,头围、身长长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组早产儿胃管留置时间、全胃肠营养时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组早产儿喂养不耐受发生率(4.35%)低于对照组(21.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长满意度中操作技术、沟通态度、喂养方式、喂养效果、护理安全评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非营养性吸吮联合口腔按摩护理能够提升极低出生体重早产儿喂养效果,降低喂养不耐受发生率,有助于早产儿生长发育,促进家长满意度提升。Objective To explore the application eff ect of non-nutritive sucking combined with oral massage nursing in very low birth weight premature infants.Methods According to the principle of comparability of basic data between groups,92 very low birth weight premature infants admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received non-nutritive sucking+oral massage nursing on the basis of the control group.The feeding eff ect,growth and development,incidence of feeding intolerance and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups of premature infants.Results Before the intervention,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the growth and development of premature infants between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the body mass of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the head circumference and body length were longer than those of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The gastric tube indwelling time,total gastrointestinal nutrition time and hospitalization time of premature infants in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of feeding intolerance in the observation group(4.35%)was lower than that in the control group(21.74%),and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The scores of operation skills,communication attitudes,feeding methods,feeding eff ects and nursing safety scores of parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The aoolication of non-nutritive sucking combined with oral massage nursing can improve the feeding effect of very low birth weight premature infants,reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance,help the growth and development
