摘　　要：目的探讨基于格林模式的饮食健康教育在减重术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月在医院胃肠外科接受减重手术的72例患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组行常规饮食健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上行格林模式指导的饮食健康教育。比较两组患者饮食依从性得分和满意度。结果干预3个月后,观察组患者饮食、生活习惯评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对健康教育满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于格林模式的饮食健康教育有助于提高减重术后患者的饮食依从性和满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of diet health education based on Green model in patients after bariatric surgery.Methods To select 72 patients who underwent bariatric surgery in the gastrointestinal surgery department of the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 as the study subjects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of comparability of the basic data between the groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received regular dietary health education,and the observation group received dietary health education guided by the Green model on the basis of the control group.The scores of dietary compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of diet and living habits of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were more satisfi ed with health education than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dietary health education based on Green model can help improve dietary compliance and satisfaction of patients after bariatric surgery.
