摘 要:目的探究康复树摘果游戏教育对宫颈癌手术患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选择医院2018年1月—2021年10月收治的宫颈癌手术患者108例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组与对照组,各54例。对照组采取常规教育,观察组在常规教育上增加康复树摘果游戏教育,比较两组术后自我管理能力及生活质量。结果干预前,两组自我管理能力量表的自我决策、正性态度、缓解压力3个维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组自我决策、正性态度、缓解压力3个维度评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生理状况、情感状况、功能状况及社会家庭状况4个领域评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组生理状况、情感状况、功能状况及社会家庭状况4个领域评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复树摘果游戏教育在宫颈癌手术患者中的应用,能提升患者自我管理能力,有助于提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effects offruit picking game education of rehabilitation tree on selfmanagement ability and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer surgery. Methods To select 108 patients with cervical cancer surgery who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 as the study objects, and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine education, while the observation group added rehabilitation tree fruit picking game education to the routine education, and the postoperative self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of three dimensions,such as self-decision, positive attitude, stress relief of the self-management ability scale between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of the three domains of self-decision, positive attitude and stress relief in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of the four domains of physiological status, emotional status, functional status and social and family status between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of the four domains of physiological status, emotional status, functional status and social and family status in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application offruit picking game education of rehabilitation tree in patients with cervical cancer surgery can improve patients’ self-management ability and improve their quality of life.
