摘　　要：目的探讨穴位贴敷联合自制药酒湿敷、红外线照射缓解腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者疼痛的效果。方法选择2019年12月—2021年11月医院收治的LDH患者102例作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用穴位贴敷联合自制药酒湿敷、红外线照射等中医护理技术,两组均护理14 d。比较两组干预14 d临床效果;干预前、干预14 d后,采用日本骨科协会(JOA)评分量表、视觉模拟疼痛评分量表(VAS)和生活质量量表(QLQ-C30)分别评价两组患者的腰椎功能、疼痛程度和生活质量。结果观察组临床效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者腰椎功能、疼痛程度和生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预14 d,观察组JOA评分、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合自制药酒湿敷、红外线照射可有效缓解LDH患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the eff ect of acupoint sticking combined with self-made wine wet compress and infrared irradiation in relieving pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 102 LDH patients admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of balance and comparability of basic characteristics between the groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques such as acupoint sticking combined with homemade wine wet compress and infrared irradiation on the basis of the routine nursing.Both groups received nursing for 14 days.The 14-day clinical eff ects of the two groups were compared;Before the intervention and 14 days after the intervention,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scale,visual analogue scale(VAS)and quality of life scale(QLQ-C30)were used to evaluate the lumbar spine function,pain degree and quality of life of the two groups of patients,respectively.Results The clinical eff ect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant diff erence in the lumbar spine function,pain degree and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 days of intervention,the JOA score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint sticking combined with self-made wine wet compress and infrared irradiation can eff ectively relieve pain in patients with LDH,improve lumbar spine function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
