摘　　要：针对管廊基坑封井施工技术较为复杂,难以达到各项要求的问题,提出一种新的管廊基坑封井施工技术——浮球法。通过在井管内放入1个浮球,随后再进行回填防水砂浆等各项工序来实现封井。浮球的放入,避免了地下水与防水砂浆的直接接触,保证了防水砂浆的防水效果,完美契合了各项要求,值得推广。Based on the complex well sealing construction technology of pipe gallery foundation pit,which is difficult to meet the requirements,a new well sealing construction technology of pipe gallery foundation pit-floating ball method is proposed.The well is sealed by placing a floating ball in the well pipe and then backfilling with waterproof mortar.The placement of the floating ball avoids the direct contact between the groundwater and the waterproof mortar,ensures the waterproof effect of the waterproof mortar,perfectly meets the requirements,and is worth popularizing.
