摘  要:为保证柳州市北部生态新区创业园二期项目1#楼综合研发实验大楼63 m大跨度空中钢连廊的施工安全,针对以φ406.4 mm×10 mm螺旋钢管为支撑系统立柱的方案,采用有限元模型模拟结构自重作用下不同卸载方式对钢连廊结构和支撑系统的位移、应力影响,选择整体下降式两级卸载方案卸载,通过千斤顶置换支撑系统顶部的转换支座进行卸载,取得了较好的实施效果,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。In order to ensure the construction safety of the 63 m long-span aerial steel corridor in the comprehensive R&D experimental building of the No.1 building of the second phase project of the entrepreneurship park in the northern ecological new area of Liuzhou City,theφ406.4mm×10mm spiral steel pipe is used as the column of the support system in the scheme,the finite element model is used to simulate the influence of different unloading methods on the displacement and stress of the steel corridor structure and the support system under the action of the structural selfweight.The overall descending two-stage unloading scheme is selected for unloading,and the jack is used to replace the transfer support on the top of the support system for unloading.Good implementation results are achieved,which can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
