摘　　要：以上海锦沧文华大酒店改建工程为背景,对不同施工阶段的全封闭防护技术进行了研究。介绍了针对不同阶段特点和难点而采取的3种防护技术的施工方法,使得中心城区高层建筑改建过程中始终处于全封闭状态,提高了施工安全性,做到了文明施工,所积累的经验可以为其他类似工程提供借鉴。Taking the reconstruction project of Shanghai Jincang Wenhua Hotel as the background,the fully enclosed protection technology in different construction stages is studied.This paper introduces the construction methods of three kinds of protection technologies adopted according to the characteristics and difficulties of different stages,which makes the high-rise buildings in the central urban area always in a fully enclosed state during the reconstruction process,improves the construction safety,and achieves civilized construction.The accumulated experience can be used as reference for other similar projects.
