摘  要:以上海轨道交通3号线苏州河桥换索为背景,为保证轨道交通的正常运行,选择了整体式兜吊与半幅式兜吊的托换体系,为避免拱肋上焊接产生应力集中,设计了钢抱箍的形式使拱上兜吊横梁与拱肋有效连接。针对苏州河桥梁内钢套管内的环氧铁砂以及墩头锚头这一特殊情况,通过试验研究了拆除墩头锚头加现浇环氧铁砂的整套工艺,现场实际施工利用试验工艺成功地将锚头拆除。该工程案例,可为同类工程施工提供经验。Taking Suzhou River Bridge of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 3 as the background,in order to ensure the normal operation of rail transit,the underpinning system of integral pocket crane and half width pocket crane is selected.In order to avoid stress concentration caused by welding on the arch rib,the form of steel hoop is designed to effectively connect the pocket crane beam on the arch with the arch rib.In view of the special situation of the epoxy iron sand in the steel sleeve of the Suzhou River Bridge and the anchor head of the pier head,the whole process of removing the anchor head of the pier head and adding the cast-in-place epoxy iron sand is studied through the test.The anchor head is successfully removed by the test process in the field construction.This project case can provide experience for the construction of similar projects.
