摘 要:为提高木结构建筑中广漆的耐老化性能,研究了不同用量下的纳米TiO2、UV531和丙烯酸树脂对广漆漆膜的常规物理机械性能及其耐紫外老化性能的影响,通过漆膜的失光率和色差变化来评价其耐老化性能。结果表明:3种材料在特定添加量下均能提高广漆的耐老化性能,当纳米TiO2的添加量为2%、UV531的添加量为3%时,广漆漆膜的各项性能保持较好,耐老化性能明显提高;丙烯酸树脂虽然能提高广漆的耐老化性能,但漆膜老化前后的光泽度较低,漆膜性能未能得到有效改善。In order to improve the aging resistance of"Guangqi"in wood structure buildings,the effects of nano TiO2,UV531 and acrylic resin with different dosage on the conventional physical and mechanical properties and UV aging resistance of"Guangqi"film were studied.The aging resistance of"Guangqi"film was evaluated by the change of gloss loss and color difference.The results show that the three materials can improve the aging resistance of"Guangqi"at a certain amount.When the amount of nano TiO2 is 2%and the amount of UV531 is 3%,the properties of"Guangqi"film remain good and the aging resistance is significantly improved;Although acrylic resin can improve the aging resistance of"Guangqi",the gloss of the film before and after aging is low,and the film performance has not been effectively improved.
