上海市既有建筑绿色更新改造评定准备及对于“四节一环保”的意义

摘　　要：随着上海城市化进程的进一步加快,老城既有建筑的改建工作也在有条不紊地快速推进。而在限制条件较多的城市中心地段,如何利用现有资源顺利完成评定程序和内容缺乏深入的具体研究。总结了上海市既有建筑绿色更新改造评定认证各阶段及工作准备。同时,还分析了该内容对“四节一环保”的意义。总结的经验可供后续类似改建项目参考。With the further acceleration of Shanghai's urbanization process,the reconstruction of existing buildings in the old city is also advancing in an orderly and rapid manner.However,there is a lack of in-depth and specific research on how to use the existing resources to successfully complete the evaluation procedures and contents in the urban central area with more restrictive conditions.This paper summarizes the various stages and work preparations for the assessment and certification of green renovation of existing buildings in Shanghai.At the same time,the significance of this content to"four savings and one environmental protection"is also analyzed.The experience summarized can be used as a reference for subsequent similar reconstruction projects.
