摘　　要：近年来,随着城市建设的不断发展,城市更新已成为现代发展的必然趋势。以上海瑞安广场裙房改建项目为例,聚焦于城市更新项目改建过程中的安全管控,围绕结构安全、施工安全、环境安全这3个方面,从项目的前期策划开始到结构阶段的施工完成,探索城市更新改造中的安全管控。In recent years,with the continuous development of urban construction,urban renewal has become an inevitable trend of modern development.Taking the renovation project of Shanghai Ruian square podium as an example,the project focuses on the safety control during the renovation of urban renewal projects,and explores the safety control in urban renewal and reconstruction from the beginning of the early planning of the project to the completion of the construction in the structural stage around the three aspects of structural safety,construction safety and environmental safety.
