摘　　要：为适应我国数字化转型和高质量发展趋势,通过两化融合实现高效生产运营是大型混凝土集团转型升级的机遇与挑战。结合上海建工建材科技集团预拌混凝土产业的数字化运营实践,探讨大型混凝土集团可持续高质量运营的发展方向。In order to adapt to China's digital transformation and high-quality development trend,it is an opportunity and challenge for large concrete groups to realize efficient production and operation through the integration of industrialization.Combined with the digital operation practice of ready mixed concrete industry of Shanghai Construction Engineering Building Materials Technology Group,the development direction of sustainable high-quality operation of large concrete groups is discussed.
