血塞通滴丸联合达比加群酯对非瓣膜性心房颤动患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血塞通滴丸联合达比加群酯对非瓣膜性心房颤动患者认知功能的影响。方法200例非瓣膜性心房颤动患者,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组患者采用达比加群酯抗凝治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用血塞通滴丸治疗。对比两组患者治疗前及治疗6个月后认知功能、脑卒中发生率、死亡率。结果治疗前,两组患者蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组患者MoCA评分为(21.53±3.07)分,明显高于对照组的(19.47±2.56)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者脑卒中发生率、死亡率分别为3.00%、1.00%,均低于对照组的11.00%、7.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用血塞通滴丸联合达比加群酯治疗非瓣膜性心房颤动患者能取得较好的效果,有助于改善患者的认知功能,降低患者发生脑卒中、死亡的风险,值得临床应用。Objective To discuss the effect of Xuesaitong dripping pills combined with dabigatran etexilate on cognitive function in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 200 patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with dabigatran etexilate anticoagulant,and patients in the observation group were treated with Xuesaitong dropping pills on the basis of the control group.The cognitive function before treatment and after 6 months of treatment,stroke incidence and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the MoCA score of the observation group was(21.53±3.07)points,which was significantly higher than(19.47±2.56)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of stroke and mortality in the observation group were 3.00% and 1.00%,which were lower than 11.00% and 7.00% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuesaitong dripping pills combined with dabigatran etexilate can achieve good results in the treatment of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation,help to improve the cognitive function of patients,reduce the risk of stroke and death,and is worthy of clinical application.
