我院2020年1月~2021年6月门急诊处方点评及用药分析

摘　　要：目的分析本院2020年1月~2021年6月门急诊不合理用药处方情况,促进医院提升医疗质量。方法随机抽取本院2020年1月~2021年6月门急诊处方17781张,对处方合理性进行评价,统计不合理处方,分析用药不合理原因。结果17781张门急诊处方中有105张不合理处方,占比0.59%。其中,不规范处方31张,占比29.52%;用药不适宜处方74张,占比70.48%;超常处方0张,占比0。结论医院还要进一步加强处方点评工作,规范临床医师用药行为。Objective To analyze the irrational medication prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021,and promote the hospital to improve the hospital's improvement of medical quality.Methods 105 out of 17781 outpatient and emergency prescriptions were unreasonable,accounting for 0.59%.Among them,31 prescriptions were irregular,accounting for 29.52%;74 prescriptions were inappropriate medication,accounting for 70.48%;and 0 prescription was off-lable drug use,accounting for 0%.Conclusion Hospitals should also further strengthen prescription reviews to regulate clinicians'drug use.
