气相色谱法同时测定速效心痛滴丸中两种成分含量的应用价值

摘　　要：目的建立以气相色谱法测定速效心痛滴丸中丹皮酚和冰片含量的方法。方法色谱柱为以聚乙二醇20M为固定相,涂布浓度10%;采用程序升温,升温速度10℃/min,进样口温度240℃,氮气(N_(2))为载气。结果丹皮酚在21.19~423.84μg/ml(r=1.0)、冰片在0.1971~3.9424 mg/m(r=0.9999)浓度范围内各峰面积与内标峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系;二者平均回收率分别为97.35%和98.33%,RSD均为0.86%和0.86%(n=6)。结论气相色谱法操作简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,可应用于速效心痛滴丸的质量控制。Objective To establish the method for determination of paeonol and borneol in Quickacting Xintong Dropping Pill.Methods The chromatographic condition consisted of macrogol 20M as stationary phase with 10%spreading.Column temperature was raised by programming,heating rate 10℃/min.The inlet temperature was 240℃.The carrier gas was Nitrogen(N_(2)).Results The linear range of paeonol was 21.19-423.84μg/ml(r=1.0),with average recovery of 97.35%(RSD=0.86%,n=6).The linear range of borneol was 0.1971-3.9424 mg/ml(r=0.9999),with average recovery of 98.33%(RSD=0.86%,n=6).Conclusion Gas chromatography is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable for the quality control of Quick-acting Xintong Dropping Pill.
