居住型历史街区更新策略研究--以徐州回龙窝为例

摘　　要：一些位于老城历史地段的居住型街区,虽未被列为历史文化街区,却也承载着历史文化和历史记忆。随着岁月的变迁,街区的建筑风貌遭到了极大破坏,给城市形象带来了负面影响。位于徐州老城南城墙根下的回龙窝老街区就属此类,为彰显和传承当地历史文化,徐州市政府对其进行了更新建设。本文从城市更新的角度出发,在对回龙窝更新前的院落及建筑特征进行分析解读的基础上,从街巷体系、院落肌理和建筑形制三个方面对回龙窝地段的更新策略进行研究,旨在为老城区居住型街区的更新设计提供借鉴思路。The residential block located in the historical area of the old urban area is not listed as a historical and cultural block,but it also carries a certain amount of historical culture and historical memory.With the change of years,the architectural style of the block has been greatly damaged,which has a negative impact on the city image.Huilongwo old block,located at the foot of the south wall of the old city of Xuzhou,is just this kind of example.In order to highlight and inherit the local history and culture,Xuzhou municipal government carried on renovation for this area.From the perspective of urban renewal,this paper studies the renewal strategy of Huilongwo section from three aspects:street system,courtyard texture and architectural form,based on the analysis and interpretation of the courtyard and architectural characteristics before the renewal of Huilongwo,in order to provide reference for the renewal design of residential blocks in the old urban area.
