某高层建筑加建电梯的减震及加固设计

摘  要:某高层建筑位于广东省佛山市南海区,原有建筑25层,地面以上结构屋面高度为97米。在原有建筑一侧加建钢结构电梯,加建范围为地面以上18层。加建钢结构电梯采用屈曲约束支撑(BRB)减震措施,并对原有结构相关部位进行加固处理。本文通过对整体结构进行分析,得出减震措施效果明显且满足规范要求。部分原结构构件不满足计算要求的,采用加大截面法进行加固。Located in Nanhai District,Foshan,Guangdong Province,the high-rise building originally had 25 floors with the roof height above ground of 97 meters.A steel structure elevator was added on the side of the original building,and the scope of construction was 18 floors above the ground.The steel structure elevator was built by means of Buckling Restrained Brace(BRB)damping measure,and the relevant parts of the original structure were reinforced.Through the analysis of the overall structure,it can be concluded that the damping measure have obvious effects and meet the requirements of the specification.If some of the original structural components do not meet the calculation requirements,the increased cross-section method is used for reinforcement.
