摘　　要：新建住宅小区变配电房的设置直接影响着用电的可靠性及居民居住感受,本文对国家标准规范、福建省地方标准中与新建变配电房设置的相关文件进行解读,结合福州融侨茉香云居项目变配电房设计对福州市中心城区新建住宅小区变配电房设置位置、类别等要求进行讨论并提出相关建议,以期为相关工程中变配电房的设置提供参考。The The setting of power transformation and distribution room in new-built residential area directly affects the electricity reliability and residents living feeling.This paper interprets the relevant documents in the national standards and specifications as well as local standards in Fujian Province related to the setting of new power transformation and distribution room,discusses the requirements of the setting location and category of power transformation and distribution rooms in new residential quarters in the central area of Fuzhou in combination with the design of power transformation and distribution room of Fuzhou Rongqiao Moxiang Yunju project,and puts forward relevant suggestions,in order to provide reference for the setting of power transformation and distribution room in related projects.
