摘　　要：目的:本研究尝试从所筛选的5个处方中优选出一个最优处方,以制备出瓜拉纳乳膏,用瓜拉纳和迷迭香精油配伍,达到提神醒脑的功效。方法:采用乳化法将瓜拉纳醇提物制成水包油(O/W)型乳膏剂,以外观性状、稳定性、pH值、粒径、偏光显微镜观察的微观结构、耐热和耐寒为指标,对本研究所筛选的5个处方进行评价,并筛选出最优的处方。结果:从pH结果看处方4的pH符合药典,从粒径考察结果来看,处方4未检出大于180 μm,且粒径积分曲线成光滑的曲线,均小于100 μm,符合药典。从微观结构来看,只有处方4具有明显的“扭曲马尔他十字”,该处方较其他处方微观结构更稳定。结论:处方4为最优处方,优选处方下,油相为羊毛脂2.5 g,硬脂酸6.0 g,液体石蜡3.0 g,白凡士林0.5 g,水相为单硬脂酸甘油酯1.75 g,三乙醇胺0.2 g,山梨酸钾0.05 g,瓜拉纳提取液5.0 g,其他药物薄荷脑2.0 g,迷迭香精油2 mL,双蒸水加至50 g。Objective:To select an optimal prescription from five selected prescriptions to prepare guarana cream, and use guarana and rosemary essential oil to achieve the effect of refreshing. Methods:Guarana alcohol extract was prepared into O/W cream by emulsification, and the five prescriptions screened in this study were evaluated and the optimal prescription was selected based on the appearance, stability, pH value, particle size, microstructure observed by polarized light microscope, heat and cold tolerance. Results:According to the pH results, the pH of prescription 4 was in accordance with the pharmacopoeia. According to the results of particle size investigation, prescription 4 was not detected to be greater than 180 μm, and the particle size integral curve was smooth, which was less than 100 μm, in line with the pharmacopoeia. From the perspective of microstructure, only prescription 4 has the obvious "twisted Maltese cross", and this prescription is more stable than other prescriptions in microstructure. Conclusion: Prescription 4 was the optimal prescription. Under the optimal prescription, the oil phase was 2.5 g lanolin, 6.0 g stearic acid, 3.0 g liquid paraffin, 0.5 g white vaseline, 1.75 g monostearate, 0.2 g triethanolamine, 0.05 g potassium sorbate, 5.0 g guaranan extract, 2.0 g menthol, 2 mL rosemary essential oil, and 50 g double distilled water were added.
