摘　　要：以肝主疏泄调畅情志理论为基础,从典型情志病经前烦躁障碍切入,通过汇总国内外研究进展,围绕四氢孕酮水平波动及四氢孕酮介导γ氨基丁酸A受体敏感性变化,研究肝疏泄失常微观机制。四氢孕酮的特殊情绪调节效应与情志病证发病具有一定相关性,肝疏泄失常人群存在四氢孕酮敏感性差异。四氢孕酮介导γ氨基丁酸A受体敏感性差异影响经前烦躁障碍发病,是肝疏泄失常引发情志病证的微观机制之一。四氢孕酮介导γ氨基丁酸A受体敏感性是机体应对四氢孕酮水平波动的反应能力的改变。Guided by the theory of liver governing the free flow of qi and regulating emotions,this study concentrated on the fluctuations of allopregnanolone and the changes in the sensitivity ofγ-aminobutyric acid A receptor(GAB_(A)AR)mediated by allopregnanolone based on the research progress from the typical emotional disorder premenstrual dysphoric disorder to explore the micromechanism of the liver in failing to act freely.There is a relationship between the pathogenesis of emotional disorders and the particular emotion-regulating function of allopregnanolone,and there are variations in allopregnanolone sensitivity among those with liver dysfunction.One of the micromechanisms of emotional disorders brought on by liver dysfunction is premenstrual dysphoric disorder,and allopregnanolone mediates the sensitivity of GABA AR to alter this etiology.A modification in the body's capacity to react to variations in allopregnanolone levels is known as allopregnanolone-mediated GABA AR sensitivity.
