摘　　要：中国特色行政审判制度是彰显习近平法治思想实践伟力的重要场域。人民法院应当将党的领导贯彻到行政审判活动全过程,在党委支持下依法独立行使行政审判权,筑牢行政审判的政治方向。依法保障人民权益是行政审判制度的根本目标,新时代人民法院应当不断提升人权保障的广度、深度和温度,努力让人民群众在每一个行政案件中感受到公平正义。人民法院通过维护国家法律统一适用、推动行政基本法典编纂和促进党内法规与国家法律衔接协调,将维护中国特色社会主义法治体系作为行政审判的政治自觉。人民法院在法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体建设中具有外力驱动和利益衡平的广泛作为空间,能够将制度优势转化为治理效能。以习近平法治思想为根本遵循,人民法院行政审判工作质效将得到全面提升,中国特色行政审判制度也将为人类行政法治文明进步贡献中国智慧。The administrative trial system with Chinese characteristics is an important field to demonstrate the great power of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. People’s courts should implement the Party’s leadership throughout the whole process of administrative trial, independently exercise administrative trial power in accordance with law with the support of Party committees, and strengthen the political orientation of administrative trial. Protecting people’s rights and interests in accordance with law is the fundamental goal of the administrative trial system. In the new era, people’s courts should constantly increase the breadth, depth and intensity of human rights protection, and strive to enable people to feel fairness and justice in every administrative case. They should conscientiously uphold the socialist legal system in administrative trial by promoting the unified application of state laws, the compilation of the basic administrative code, and the coordination between intra-Party regulations and state laws. They have a wide space for acting as an external driving force and balancing various interests in the integrated construction of a law-based state, a law-based government and a law-based society, and can transform institutional advantages into governance efficiency. Taking Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law as the fundamental principle, they should comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of the administrative trial work, contribute Chinese wisdom to the advancement of the civilization of administrative rule of law.
