摘 要:目的分析肺结核合并糖尿病患者强化血糖控制治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2017年2月至2022年2月本院及市第二医院肺结核合并糖尿病患者80例,依据治疗方法分为强化血糖控制治疗组、常规血糖控制治疗组两组,各40例,统计分析两组病灶吸收情况、空洞闭合、痰菌转阴情况、血糖水平、免疫功能、临床疗效、血清炎性因子水平、满意度。结果强化血糖控制治疗组患者的病灶吸收率高于常规血糖控制治疗组(97.50%vs.80.00%)(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。强化血糖控制治疗组患者的空洞闭合率高于常规血糖控制治疗组(87.50%vs.62.50%)(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05),痰菌转阴率高于常规血糖控制治疗组(92.50%vs.65.00%)(χ^(2)=9.038,P<0.05)。强化血糖控制治疗组患者的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HOMA-IR均低于常规血糖控制治疗组(P<0.05),HOMA-β、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)均高于常规血糖控制治疗组(P<0.05)。强化血糖控制治疗组患者的总有效率高于常规血糖控制治疗组(95.00%vs.75.00%)(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05)。强化血糖控制治疗组患者的血清ESR、hs-CRP水平均低于常规血糖控制治疗组(P<0.05)。强化血糖控制治疗组患者的满意度高于常规血糖控制治疗组(92.50%vs.70.00%)(χ^(2)=6.646,P<0.05)。结论肺结核合并糖尿病患者强化血糖控制治疗的临床效果较常规血糖控制治疗好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intensive blood glucose control treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods From February 2017 to February 2022,80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus in our hospital and the second city hospital were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods:intensive blood sugar control treatment group and conventional blood sugar control treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The lesion absorption,cavity closure,sputum negative conversion,blood glucose levels,immune function,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels,and satisfactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The absorption rate of lesions in the intensive blood glucose control treatment group was higher than that in the conventional blood glucose control treatment group(97.50%vs.80.00%)(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The cavity closure rate in the intensive blood glucose control group was higher than that in the conventional blood glucose control group(87.50%vs.62.50%)(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05),and the negative rate of sputum bacteria was higher than the conventional blood sugar control group(92.50%vs.65.00%)(χ^(2)=9.038,P<0.05).The glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and HOMA-IR in the intensive blood glucose control group were lower than those in the conventional blood glucose control treatment group(P<0.05),and HOMA-β,CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) were higher than those in the conventional blood glucose control treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of in the intensive blood glucose control treatment group was higher than that in the conventional blood glucose control treatment group(95.00%vs.75.00%)(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).The serum ESR and hs-CRP levels in the intensive blood glucose control treatment group were lower than those in the conventional blood glucose control treatment group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of th
