慢性胃溃疡患者中行针对性护理方案的价值

摘　　要：目的观察针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的应用效果。方法本试验86例慢性胃溃疡患者均为本院2019年5月至2020年9月接收,按照系统抽样法将其分为对照组(43例,常规护理)和观察组(43例,针对性护理),对两组护理效果进行观察。结果在抑郁评分、焦虑评分、躯体疼痛、心理功能、社会功能评分方面,观察组护理后均比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在复发率和护理满意度方面,对照组分别是16.28%和79.07%,观察组分别是2.33%和95.35%,观察组均比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性胃溃疡患者予以针对性护理干预,除可改善患者不良情绪外,还有利于提升满意度和生存质量,降低疾病复发率。Objective To observe the application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods The 86 patients with chronic gastric ulcer in this trial were all accepted by our hospital from May 2019 to September 2020.According to the systematic sampling method,they were divided into a control group(43 cases,routine care)and an observation group(43 cases,targeted nursing),observe the effect of two groups of nursing.Results In terms of depression score,anxiety score,physical pain,psychological function,and social function score,the observation group was better than the control group after nursing,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);in terms of recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction,the control group was 16.28% and 79.07%,the observation group was 2.33% and 95.35%,respectively,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing method for patients with chronic gastric ulcer can not only improve the negative mood,but also improve the satisfaction and quality of life,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
