培美曲塞治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析非小细胞肺癌疾病特点,探究培美曲塞治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的护理效果,为晚期恶性肿瘤护理工作提供参考。方法此次研究对象均为老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,时间选取2019年1月至2019年7月,从中选取收治的62例为研究对象。进行受试患者随机数字表法分组,分为试验组和对照组,各31例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,即进行抗癌化疗期间的用药指导和生活干预。试验组患者在此基础之上采用培美曲塞护理辅助药物,即针对患者护理制订方案,对患者进行培美曲塞用药,对患者进行心理辅导以及对患者进行生活指导。对比两组老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的护理效果,包括护理满意度及患者护理不良反应发生率。结果从护理满意度情况分析,试验组患者护理满意度显著好于对照组(P<0.05);从不良反应发生情况分析,试验组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床治疗中,将培美曲塞作为护理辅助药物,同时采取一系列的针对性护理措施,不仅能够提高患者护理满意度,同时还能降低患者不良反应发生率,为患者护理质量提高提供帮助。Objective To analyze the characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer,explore the nursing methods and effects of pemetrexed in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and provide reference for the nursing of advanced malignant tumors.Methods The subjects of this study were elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer from January 2019 to July 201962 cases were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods,medication guidance and life intervention during anticancer chemotherapy.On this basis,the patients in the experimental group used pemetrexed nursing auxiliary drugs,to formulate a plan for patient care,use pemetrexed for patients,provide psychological counseling for patients,and provide life guidance for patients.The nursing effects of the two groups of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were compared,including nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nursing adverse reactions.Results The analysis of nursing satisfaction showed that the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,using pemetrexed as an auxiliary nursing drug and taking a series of targeted nursing measures can not only improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,to help improve the quality of patient care.
