摘　　要：档案公共服务是档案事业高质量发展的重要体现,数字时代的到来与发展给档案公共服务带来了前所未有的新变化与新趋势,要求档案公共服务理念由“被动服务”向“主动服务”转变、服务对象由“面向政府”向“面向社会”转变、服务内容由“单一服务”向“多元服务”转变、服务模式由“线下服务”向“线上服务”转变、服务空间由“窗口服务”向“移动服务”转变。基于此,亟需立足数字时代档案公共服务的变化和趋势,树立多元化、精细化、专业化、智慧化、特色化的档案服务理念,丰富档案公共服务的内容供给,加强档案公共服务的社会协同,推进档案信息资源的共建共享,促进信息技术与档案服务融合,增强档案公共服务的人文关怀。The archival public service is an important manifestation of the high-quality development of the archives business.The arrival and development of the digital age has brought unprecedented new changes and new trends to the archives public service,which requires the concept of archives public service to change from"passive service"to"active service",the service object has changed from"government-oriented"to"society-oriented",the service content has changed from"single service"to"multiple services",the service mode has changed from"offline service"to"online service",and the service space has changed from"window services"to"mobile services".Based on this,it is urgent to establish a diversified,refined,professional,intelligent and characteristic archival service concept based on the changes and trends of archives public services in the digital age,enrich the content supply of archives public services,and strengthen the society of archives public services.Collaborate to promote the co-construction and sharing of archives information resources,promote the integration of information technology and archives services,and enhance the humanistic care of archives public services.
