摘 要:为了研究土壤动物对青川箭竹(Fargesia rufa)凋落叶分解的影响,本文采用分解袋法研究土壤动物对青川箭竹凋落叶分解的影响.结果表明(1)共捕获土壤动物968只,隶属于45个类群.经4个月分解的凋落物中,棘[虫兆]科(Onychiuridae)、跳虫属(Podura)以及前气门亚目(Prostigmata)为优势类群;经13个月分解,双翅目幼虫(Diptera larvae)和前气门亚目(Prostigmata)为优势类群.(2)凋落物分解动态研究表明:分解袋中凋落物质量损失率、有机碳、全氮、全磷均随分解时间变化而差异显著(p<0.05).(3)不同孔径分解袋中凋落物比较:分解4个月时,大孔径中凋落物损失率显著大于与小孔径的(p<0.05);土壤动物对凋落物分解贡献率显示初期显著大于后期(p<0.05);大、小孔径分解袋中凋落物的有机碳含量差异均不显著(p>0.05);全氮含量亦然(p>0.05);分解13个月时,大孔径分解袋中凋落物全磷含量显著大于小孔径的(p<0.05).结论:四川小寨子沟国家级自然保护区内,土壤动物能促进青川箭竹凋落叶的分解,抑制全磷的释放,为四川小寨子沟国家级自然保护区的管理和保护提供了理论依据.Theoretical data may be provided for the management and protection of the Sichuan Xiaozhaizigou National Nature Reserve, through studying the effect of soil animals on the decomposition of Fargesia rufa litter. The method of litterbag was used to study the effect of soil animals on the decomposition of Fargesia rufa litter.(1) A total of 968 soil animals were captured, belonging to 45 groups. Among the litter that decomposed after 4 months, Onychiuridae, Podura and Prostigmata were the dominant groups;after 13 months of decomposition, Diptera larvae and Prostigmata were the dominant groups.(2) Litter decomposition dynamics research showed that the litter mass loss rata, organic carbon content, total nitrogen content and total phosphorus content were all significantly varied with the extension of the decomposition time(p<0.05).(3) Comparison of litter in litterbags with different aperture: the mass loss rate of litter in the big aperture litterbags was significantly more than that in small aperture litterbags when decomposing for 4 months(p<0.05);the soil animals decomposition contribution rate in early phase was obviously greater than that in late phase(p<0.05);there was no significant difference about the organic carbon content of the litter between the big and small aperture litterbags(p>0.05), total nitrogen content was the same case(p>0.05);For decomposition 13 months, the total phosphorus content of litter in big aperture litterbags was significantly more than that of small aperture(p<0.05). In Sichuan Xiaozhaizigou Naional Nature Reserve, soil animals can promote the decomposition of Fargesia rufa leave litter, inhibit the release of total phosphoru.
