摘　　要：目的:采用组织学和形态计量学方法对不同日龄黄淮白山羊子宫组织结构特点进行观察。方法:选用3~120日龄雌性黄淮白山羊各3头,经颈动脉放血处死后取子宫组织固定于4%的多聚甲醛固定液中,制作组织切片,经HE、AB-PAS、VVG染色后观察不同日龄子宫组织结构特点。结果:子宫内膜上皮随日龄增加由假复层纤毛上皮分化为排列整齐紧密的单层柱状上皮,子宫内膜上皮和腺上皮细胞之间散在分布淋巴细胞;AB-PAS反应可见子宫内膜上皮、腺上皮和基质中有糖原颗粒分布,主要是由子宫腺上皮和子宫内膜上皮分泌细胞合成,随日龄增长120日龄时子宫内膜和腺管发育成熟并分泌大量糖原及营养物质;VVG染色观察到子宫内膜中胶原纤维,120日龄时渗透于子宫内膜间质的胶原纤维表达最高,另外,此时子宫内膜和肌层厚度达到峰值。结论:黄淮白山羊120日龄子宫上皮细胞活性显著,子宫腺发达,糖原分泌物增多、纤维成分丰富,内膜平滑肌发达,此时子宫组织结构发育成熟。Objective:The histological and morphometric methods were used to observe the characteristics of uterine tissue structure of Huanghuai white goats of different ages.Methods:Three 3-120-day-old female Huanghuai white goats were selected to be sacrificed by bleeding from the carotid artery,and the uterine tissue was fixed in 4%paraformaldehyde stationary liquid.The tissue sections were made and stained with HE,AB-PAS and VVG to observe the structural characteristics of uterine tissue at different ages.Results:With the increase of age,the endometrial epithelium differentiated from pseudostratified ciliated epithelium to single-layered columnar epithelium arranged neatly and tightly with lymphocytes scattered between the endometrium epithelium and glandular epithelial cells.AB-PAS reaction shows that there are glycogen granules in the endometrial epithelium,glandular epithelium and stroma,which are mainly synthesized by glandular epithelium and endometrium epithelial secretory cells.With the increase of age,the endometrium and ducts mature and secrete large amounts of glycogen and nutrients at 120 days of age.It is observed collagen fibers in the endometrium by using the VVG Staining,and the expression of collagen fibers that penetrated the endometrial stroma are the highest at the age of 120 days.Besides,the thickness of the endometrium and myometrium reaches the peak at this time.Conclusion:The uterine epithelial cells of Huanghuai white goat at the age of 120 days are active,the uterine glands are developed,the glycogen secretion is increased,the fiber components are rich,and the endometrial smooth muscle is developed.At this time,the uterine tissue structure is mature.
