摘 要:目的:研究不同光环境下筒花开口箭光合作用。方法:以不同光环境下培养的筒花开口箭为试验材料,通过利用CI-340光合作用测量系统,全光照和室内两种光环境下的筒花开口箭的光合特性和叶绿素的含量的方法,分析光合特性各参数的日变化与净光合速率的关系,比较其含量的差异,探究不同光环境对筒花开口箭光合作用的影响因素。结果:室内培养的筒花开口箭净光合速率均高于全日光照下培养,不同光环境下培养出的净光合速率均呈双峰型,净光合速率的峰值分别出现在11:00和15:00。气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度、蒸腾速率日变化均与净光合速率日变化相关联;全光照环境下的筒花开口箭叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素均低于室内培养的叶绿体色素的含量。结论:相对于全光照环境,筒花开口箭更适宜在室内生长。Objective:To investigate the effect of different light environment on Tupistra delavayi photosynthesis.Methods:By using CI-340 photosynthetic measuring system to test the Tupistra delavayi in different light conditions and by measuring the photosynthetic features and chlorophyll contents of Tupistra delavayi in both full-light and indoor light conditions,the analysis of the correlation between the daily fluctuation and met photosynthetic rate of various parameters of Tupistra delavayi photosynthetic features can be made.The difference of the chlorophyll contents of Tupistra delavayi in two different light conditions is also compared in order to explore the affecting factors of different light conditions on Tupistra delavayi photosynthesis.Results:The result of the experiment shows that its net photosynthetic rate cultivated indoors is at all cases higher than those cultivated in full sunlight.The net photosynthetic rate in two different light conditions is bimodal and their peak values show at 11:00 and 15:00,respectively.The daily fluctuations of stomatal conductance,the cellular CO_(2) concentration,the evapotranspiration rate and net photosynthetic rate are all correlated.The chlorophylla,the chlorophyllb and carotenoid of Tupistra delavayi in full sunlight condition are all lower in contents than those of Tupistra delavayi cultivated indoors.Conclusion:Tupistra delavayi is prone to grow better indoors than in full sunlight conditton.
