摘　　要：在“双一流”建设和疫情防控要求下,智能会议系统在高校实验室的科研、教学、管理工作中发挥着日益重要的作用。文章基于科研设备开放与共享的政策背景及现实情况,探索高校实验室智能会议系统共享所面临的问题及其原因,并进一步提出智能会议系统共享管理对策。Under the requirements of“double first-class”construction and epidemic prevention and control, intelligent conference system plays an increasingly important role in scientific research, teaching, cooperation and management of university laboratories. Based on the policy and practice background of sharing research equipment, this paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the sharing management of intelligent conference system in university laboratories, and puts forward the countermeasures of sharing management of intelligent conference system.
