摘　　要：在掌握Ⅲ1022工作面煤岩分布、瓦斯赋存等情况的基础上,结合Ⅲ1022工作面瓦斯治理方案,设计了工作面面内第1单元钻孔布置形式,根据巷道的状况,使用自动钻机集群作业线进行施工钻孔。在ZYWL-4000SY型全自动钻机技术要点和适用场合介绍的基础上,对自动钻机集群作业线进行了系统性阐述。最后作业线在井下完成施工钻孔成功应用,减人效果明显,提高了人机效率,可为自动钻机的推广应用提供参考。On the basis of mastering the coal and rock distribution and gas occurrence in the Ⅲ1022working face, combined with the gas control plan in the Ⅲ 1022 working face, the layout of the first unit in the working face was designed. According to the conditions of the roadway, the automatic drilling rig was used for cluster operation. Line for construction drilling. Based on the introduction of the technical points and applicable occasions of the ZYWL-4000SY automatic drilling rig, a systematic description of the automatic drilling rig cluster operation line was carried out. Finally, the application of the operation line to complete the construction drilling in the underground, the reduction effect was obvious, and the man-machine efficiency was improved, which can provide a reference for the popularization and application of automatic drilling rigs.
