摘  要:针对核桃峪煤矿在生产过程中井下涌水量大且温度较稳定的特点,综合分析井下工作面冷负荷需求及矿井涌水水质、水量、水温状况,确定矿井涌水做冷凝热散热源的井下集中降温系统的可行性方案。该方案使用低温矿井涌水来冷却制冷机冷凝端管路中的高温制冷剂,从而使制冷机能长期、稳定、安全地运行,并达到矿井涌水变害为利的效果。Aiming at the characteristics of large underground water influx and relatively stable temperature in the production process of Hetaoyu coal mine, comprehensively analyze the cold load demand of underground working face and the water quality, volume and temperature of mine water inrush, and determine the underground centralized cooling system that uses mine water as a condensing heat dissipation source. The feasibility of the program. This solution uses low-temperature mine gushing water to cool the high-temperature refrigerant in the condensing end pipeline of the refrigerator, so that the refrigerator can operate in a long-term, stable, and safe manner. In addition, it achieves the effect of turning the mine gushing water into profit.
