摘　　要：汽车制动总泵的测试是关系到汽车安全的重要检测,在这过程中需要做到严格的控制来保证汽车的总泵的性能达到要求。近年来,我国国产的PLC技术飞速发展,简易PLC具有较好性能的同时在价格方面具有较大的优势。该文通过对国产简易PLC在汽车制动总泵在线测试中的应用进行了分析,进而说明在整个应用中的优点,希望对制动总泵的在线测试有所帮助。The test of automobile brake master cylinder is an important test related to automobile safety.In this process,strict control is needed to ensure that the performance of automobile master cylinder meets the requirements In recent years,China's domestic PLC technology has developed rapidly.Simple PLC has good performance and great advantages in price.This paper analyzes the application of domestic simple PLC in the on-line test of automobile brake master cylinder,and then explains the advantages in the whole application,hoping to be helpful to the on-line test of brake master cylinder.
